Located on the peaks of the Benjamin region mountains, overlooking the Wadi Kelt basin, the Jericho Valley, the Dead Sea and the Edomite Mountains you'll find Psagot vineyards. Using old world methods Psagot Cabernet Sauvignon has a powerfully classic Cabernet that displays all the rich characteristics of the Israeli vegetation. Aged for 13 months in small French oak barrels, gives this wine an additional firmness and a long elegant finish.
