This elegant, versatile sparkling wine is born in the vineyards of Penedès, which are worked by the members of Aliances per la Terra. Launched by Gramona in 2015, this is a group of winemaking families who work their land biodynamically. The artisans of Gramona carefully watch over Imperial as it ages for more than 50 months in the peace and quiet of our cellars.
