Not far from the mouth of the Loire river, in a region famous for producing crisp and mineral-driven Muscadet comes this delightful sparkler made from a lesser-known grape called Folle Blanche (with a splash of some other varietals mixed in). If AOC rules allowed it, this would be called “Sparkling Muscadet.” It's a zesty, refreshing, and razor-sharp bubbly from a biodynamic producer just outside Nantes. There’s a lot going on here to like: fresh lime zest, white flowers, almond, hazelnut, brioche and wet stone. So delicious!
