Stolpman Vnyds Sauvignon Blanc 750

This bright and zesty white is filled with notes of citrus blossoms, ripe lemon, and white grapefruit. Grapes for this 100% Sauvignon Blanc are sourced from estate-owned, dry-farmed vines grown on an outcropping of limestone. Fermentation takes place via native yeasts, and the wine is aged in about 2/3 stainless steel and 1/3 neutral French oak 500L puncheons for around 4 months.
