100% Grande Champagne Intense, floral scents, hints of vanilla and rancio. Round, fruity, mellow, and intensely fruity. Satisfying aftertaste and length of finish. PRODUCTION NOTES- The word 'pale; is due to the color being much lighter than you'd expect of a Cognac of this age. This is due to the natural phenomenon of the eau-de-vie being matured in very old casks. The word 'dry' is somewhat of a paradox, because it's actually referring to the natural sweetness of the liquid.
