Big fruit up front followed quickly with rich notes of wild honey, anise, and touches of mint. This 95% winter wheat, 5% malted barley mashbill is NOT widely available, and therefore won’t be seen everywhere. This is definitely a bottle to grab before it’s gone. Great to sip neat. No need for ice when the flavors are this rich and well balanced.
