TASTING NOTES -The wine shows a beautiful seductive aroma of Meyer lemon, English thyme and ginger. The wine is vibrant and lively on the pallet, dancing between lemon, pear, custard and tarragon. There is a beautiful balance between the slight richness and inviting mouthfeel of the texture and the nice freshness of the finish. This is a complex wine that is not dominated by alcohol, oak or sugar.
