Hand-assembled in Brooklyn, NY using the richest and rarest straight bourbons from their ancestral homes of Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee, blended together only in 5-barrel batches, non-chill filtered, & proofed down with our own hard-yet-sweet mineral water from the legendary Rosendale limestone mines from Hudson Valley, NY, we deliver a whiskey unique in its intensity & complexity. This water is our fingerprint and signature ingredient in all Widow Jane whiskeys. Aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cream around flavors of orange, maple, & cherry, finishing with charred oak & spice.
